 Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, by reducing stress and anxiety through gentle touch. As a Reiki practitioner, I work with our natural energy to improve the flow and balance of your field to support your body's natural healing ability.

An Axiatonal Alignment is a simple yet powerful tune-up of your energy system. Axiatonal lines create the energy network in our light body which helps support our bio-energy systems to maximize health and to give harmony and balance to our energetic systems.

Sound Infusion Sessions combine Reiki with directed vibrations and tones through a variety of means to help relax, restore and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit.  Sounds and vibrations allow clients to immerse themselves in a meditative state and deep relaxation.

Sound Therapy and Sound Meditations combine sound and vibration to stimulate your body's nervous system that induces the relaxation response.  

All sound meditations come to life in the moment and you may experience vocals, metal or crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes and drums, gongs and chimes, or other sound instruments that contribute to the experience, including moments of silence that allow the sound to settle.
